Players in Animal Crossing: New Horizons can cultivate a wide range of flowers and use them for a variety of reasons in the game’s meadows and greenhouses.
In the beginning of the game, players can grow eight different kinds of flowers. These flowers can be found on your own island, shoveled from Mystery Island excursions, or purchased at Nook’s Cranny for flower seeds.
The following is a list of flowers that can be found throughout the game’s early stages:
Flower seeds are available in red, white, yellow, and orange at Nook’s Cranny. As you advance in the game, Timmy and Tommy will begin selling a variety of flowers. Players can also discover new shades of hue and types of flowers on Mystery Islands that aren’t found in Nook’s Cranny.
It’s a good idea to visit the islands of other people you know if you want to see different kinds of flowers. You should water your flowers on a daily basis if you want them to produce more flowers or change their color.
ACNH’s Flower Breeding Manual
Different colored flowers can be obtained by placing different colors of the same type of flower next to each other in the same row. So, for instance, watering two red lilies close to each other will eventually result in the subsequent blooming of a pink one.
Flower growth in Animal Crossing: New Horizons generally follows a color formula. Blue flowers can be created by merging two white flowers.
An orange pansy blossom will grow adjacent to a yellow and a red pansy flower if they are crossed. Black tulips can be created by combining red and red tulip flowers. Find out more about the many methods used to create distinct flower hues by clicking here.
Planting two black roses close to each other can also yield golden roses. Before planting golden roses, users must have a five-star island and a Golden Watering Can. Two red roses can be combined to make black roses.
